Upon returning to his hometown Coach Culpepper discovered that the city of Fort Smith does not have one full view competitive track. This is particularly concerning because our city is only 45 min in the shadow of the University of Arkansas Razorbacks which is not only THE winningest program in the state of Arkansas, but the most successful program in the nation over the last 40 years.
